Day 2 - May 31st
Today Day 2 was a little more jam packed than yesterday. We went over a lot of material pretty quick, but it was thorough enough to cover it directly and effectively. Learning about how to act and what to do in certain scenarios, going over cycling behaviors, really made me realize the responsibility that I have to this team and to this summer. We broke off into our different groups and played some get to know you games with our routes. Learning a little about the guys I'm spending the next couple months made mw look forward to get to know them even more. After playing two truths and a lie, Mike, our PM informed us that these were the types of things we should look forward to this summer. We should be asking each other all sorts of questions to get to know each other. I think that will make this summer go a lot smoother, and I have a feeling that some of these guys have incredible backgrounds and stories. The guys are definitely getting a little more comfortable with each other and we are getting more involved with the the training. We did a little site seeing during break, seeing Multnomah Falls, it was a great sight! I can say that it was a great day today, albeit busy, but a great day nonetheless.
