July 22 - Chicago
Today we had a 20 mile ride with 12 turns which is a lot. We did our best to get the cyclists through without stopping them, but with city traffic it was not possible.
Once in Chicago we arrived at the Neuman Association where we had a ton of media coverage including Pam Oliver! Apperently she is a big deal. At the Neuman Associationwe had a brief friendship visit which can only be described as the most "hood" friendship visit of the trip.
We then went to the Shambala which is a mediation center who is sponsoring our lodging. It is directly across the street from Harpo studios which was pretty cool!
Lastly we went to dinner at a bike shop that is also a cafe. There we a lot of past Pi Alphas there including one who sits on the Ability Experience board of directors.
After the bike shop a group of us went out and explored the town which was pretty cool. There is a lot to see in Chicago and I am really excited for our tour tomorrow!
