July 9 - Omaha

Today we made it to our final city in Nebraska. While I had some of the best experiences with the people in Nebraska of the whole trip I will say that I am excited to get to some more high profile destinations.

We did make it to our 2000th mile today, so we had a little roadside party.

Today we had an arrival at the Nebraska Spina Bifida center, where we had a delicious lunch, and a carnival! There were some really fun activities, and at the end we all got prizes!

After that we headed to lodging, and took much needed showers, as most of the team had their faces painted at the carnival!

For dinner we headed to a luau at the Ollie Webb Center. It was a ton of fun, there was a live band. We got our dance on for the third time in the last four days, and even got to do the limbo.

Also our mail drop cake today, which is always exciting! I can't wait to eat some of the treats that I received from family!
